tthew Kammeyer has based his entire career on the idea that he is a consultant first and a real estate expert second. A Las Vegas native, with over $100 Million in real estate experience, Matthew began managing real estate in 1997 and became an investor in 1999. Since then he has fed his appetite for knowledge so he can best help others. In addition to receiving his BSBA in Real Estate from the Finance Department at UNLV, Matthew is actively involved as a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), he is a CCIM designee (Certified Commercial Investment Membership), and a veteran member of the National State and Local Association of REALTORS. In addition to acting as Corporate Broker for Five Star Real Estate & Property Management, he is also the State Permitted Property Manager and Business Broker for the company. Matt can usually be found with his family in off time and occasionally slips away for some time on the golf course or out cycling.
Business Manager/Owner – JoDee Kammeyer brings the team value in oversight of building, implementing, and managing office systems for sellers and buyers, contract to close, database and information management, and back office support. She has developed most of these skills on the job as operations manager for a large electrical supply company, office manager for Las Vegas operations of tech company Xerox and within the real estate industry. JoDee’s education spans beyond real estate as a graduate of Business Management from UNLV. Also as a Las Vegas local since 1988 she has built many relationships through family ties at Summerlin Little League, Faith Lutheran School and UNLV. JoDee is a proud mother of 2 beautiful children, and gives back to Candlelighters and Make-A-Wish charities.
Realtor/Property Manager – Holly Skarpac has been a Las Vegas resident and involved in the community since 2001. She studied leadership and communications both at UNLV and Lincoln Christian University. Holly’s previous experience is in leadership within the non-profit community. She joined the Five Star team in March of 2014 and founded the Five Star Gives Back program (see FiveStarGivesBack.com). Holly specializes in working with buyers and prides herself in finding her clients the perfect home. When she is not out working tirelessly for her clients, she enjoys time with her family. In addition to working with the Five Star Gives Back charities, Holly also donates her time coaching a local Cheerleading team at Tarkanian Middle School.
